Data we collect
When you send a commission request, Nelkah collects the contact details and project information you enter, the external reference URLs you provide, the versions of the notices you accept, the request date, and a unique request identifier. When you join a waitlist, Nelkah collects the selected commission category, your optional name or pseudonym, and the contact details you choose to provide: email, X/Twitter, Bluesky, Instagram, VGen, or Discord. No files or payment details are collected by this website.
Why and where the data is processed
Commission data is used only to review, discuss, quote, and follow up your request. Waitlist data is used only to manage interest in a commission category and contact you when appropriate; joining a waitlist does not reserve a slot or confer priority. Submission data is transmitted through a protected Google Apps Script endpoint and stored in a Google Sheet controlled by Nelkah. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical signals to protect the forms from abuse under Cloudflare’s own privacy policy.
Nelkah receives an email notification containing a limited summary of each submission. For commission requests, the website also requests an acknowledgement email to the address provided. For waitlist submissions, it requests an acknowledgement only when you provide an email address. A notification failure does not erase a submission already stored and does not mean that you should submit it again.
Retention and access
Commission requests are kept only while they are useful for commission administration and legal records. Waitlist contacts are kept only while they are useful for managing the relevant waitlist and are removed manually when contacted or no longer needed. Nelkah reviews and removes old entries manually. Access is limited to Nelkah and the technical owner when maintenance requires it; data is not sold.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your commission request or waitlist entry by emailing nelkah.art@gmail.com. For a waitlist entry, provide the commission category and one of the contact details you submitted; the waitlist identifier is not required. Some information may need to be retained where required by law.
Your browser may store a commission form draft on your device for up to 24 hours. The draft excludes the Turnstile token and resets both consent checkboxes. After an explicit refusal from the submission service, the draft is kept for no more than 24 hours so that you can correct the issue and retry. After a confirmed submission, the draft is deleted. If a network failure makes the result ambiguous, the website shows a presumed-received state and also deletes the draft to reduce the risk of a duplicate submission.
